HAPPY DIWALI..

Hello friends,

First let me explain the sentiment placed on the card. Its 'Happy Diwali'. Just trying to say a lil about this festival
Diwali (or Deepawali, the "festival of lights") is an ancient Hindu festival celebrated every year. The word “Deepawali” refers to rows of diyas, or clay lamps. This is one of the most popular festivals in the Hindu calendar. The festival spiritually signifies the victory of good over evil. The Goddess Lakshmi was Vishnu’s consort and she symbolizes wealth and prosperity. She is also worshipped on Diwali.
This year's Diwali is on 11.11.2015. So here is my card in festive mood.

I don't remember exactly from where i got this pattern paper which i used in this card.

Coloured some part of the pattern paper. Added some gold glitter.

Sentiment if of 'Samarkan' font which resemble alphabets of 'Hindi' language but in English language.

Tied with the ribbon.

Tried in different colours.

Submitting this card to following challenges,

Hope you liked it.

And finally, wishing you a 'Happy Diwali' to all. Have a wonderful time.
